what's the booking process?
hiii! here's what to expect when you book with me!
1. CONSULTATION+BOOKING:
-the first step is to fill out the inquiry form on the "book me" page! i will email you within 4 business days (if you haven't recieved a response within 4 days please reach out again:)
-we’ll go over your vision—location, date, vibe, and more!
2. SECURE YOUR SPOT:
-once details are finalized, i’ll send over a contract and an invoice for a 50% deposit. only once this is signed + the deposit is sent over will your session officially be confirmed!
3. PRE SESSION PLANNING/COMMUNICATION:
-we'll continue to be in touch to discuss details, share inspo + make sure everything is prepared for the day!
4. THE PHOTO SESSION EXPERIENCE:
-you can expect a professional approach with relaxed, natural direction for a fun mix of candid + posed shots! the goal is to make YOU feel comfortable, at ease and confident :)
5. GALLERY DELIVERY!!! WOOHOO!
-your final gallery will be delivered via a private link with high-resolution downloads!
do you shoot digital?
at the moment i do not! i am currently only offering 35mm film, super8 and content creation!
what is content creation?
content creation is curated content according to your needs! :) it focuses on iphone video+photo content with add ons that include; polaroids, 35mm point+shoot photos, graphic design, old school digital videos and social media curated reel/post creations. more info here: content creation
what are your prices?
it all depends on what you're looking for! send me an inquiry on my "book me" page and we'll chat!
how far in advance should I book?
seniors i suggest 2-3 months, weddings 5-10 months and other sessions 4-6 weeks!
where do you send your film?
i go between 2 film labs! i ship my film to paul's photo in southern california and wilson camera in arizona!
what's your turnaround time?
2-3 weeks for most photo sessions! 60-90 days for weddings (with sneak peeks)!
where do you live/shoot?
im currently living in boise, idaho! i typically travel to southern california 3+ times a year so i shoot there when i can!
why should I hire you and not just rely on disposables or a point and shoot?
im all for point+shoots and disposables but if you’re looking for something a little more intentional and artful, that’s where I come in!!!
shooting 35mm film and super 8 takes skill, timing, and a whole lot of prep! i use professional film cameras, and meter every shot!! film might be nostalgic, but I don’t take any chances with your memories :)
